At Kube (the "Site"), accessible at https://kubeapp.space/, we value your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

This Policy follows Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and aligns with digital advertising transparency requirements (Google AdSense).

1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is Kube Team, located in Mexico.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect what is necessary for the technical operation and stability of the service.

A. Information provided by the user

  • User files: documents (PDFs, images, etc.) you upload to be processed by our tools.
  • Feedback: messages and, optionally, your email when using contact/feedback forms.
Security note: files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted. We only access them for automated processing.

B. Technical and navigation info (automatic)

  • IP address: stored only as a hash to manage daily limits and prevent abuse. We do not store plain IPs.
  • Device data: user-agent, browser and OS (only if you attach a technical report).
  • Security: session tokens and technical keys to validate requests and prevent CSRF.

C. Local preferences

  • Interface settings (light/dark theme and language) stored in your browser.

3. Processing Purposes

We use the information for the following purposes:

Primary purposes (necessary)

  • Provide, operate and maintain the Site tools.
  • Process file conversion/editing requests.
  • Keep the site secure and prevent fraud or abuse.

Secondary purposes

  • Improve and personalize user experience.
  • Display relevant ads when ad providers are active.
  • Anonymous traffic statistics.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Kube uses first-party and third-party cookies. A cookie is a file stored in your browser.

Automatically deleted after a short period (e.g., 1 hour or after processing).

Technical logs

Kept only as needed for security and then deleted or anonymized.

  • Legal requirement: to comply with legal processes or protect rights.

9. Security Measures

We apply physical, electronic and administrative security measures, such as:

  • SSL encryption (HTTPS) across the site.
  • Random file renaming for uploads.
  • Strict file type validation (MIME types).
